  1. Uncontested Divorce with No Children – ONLY $199
    Your spouse must agree to sign the divorce papers. You will pay the court filing fee.
  2. Uncontested Divorce with Minor Children – ONLY $199
    Your spouse must agree to sign the divorce papers. You will pay the court filing fee.

    If you live in Tulsa County and have minor children… we prepare your paperwork for you to file in Wagoner County… to make the process easier for you. (call Heather at 918-200-9695 for more information)

  3. Contested Divorce – $299
    Your spouse refuses to sign the divorce paperwork. You will need to have them served… and at that point, they will have 20 days to respond back to the court in response to your divorce complaint.

    If they don’t respond — you will get your divorce granted to you by the judge. If they respond — the court will schedule a day for you & your spouse to come to court.

  4. Divorce by Publication – $299
    You have not seen or heard from your spouse… and do not know where they currently live at… even after you have diligently tried to find them. How do you get divorced? By putting your divorce petition in the local newspaper.

    We will prepare all of your paperwork… you will pay filing fees & fees to print your divorce in the newspaper… and your spouse will have up to 30 days to respond back to the court.

    If they don’t respond back to the divorce petition that was printed in the paper… you will be able to seek a default divorce by the judge.

  5. Annulment of Marriage – $299
